Rev King's church members pay for 13 newspaper papers to wish him happy birthday

Chukwuemeka Ezeugo who is popularly known as Reverend King, the general overseer of the Christian Praying Assembly (CPA), recently turned a year older and members of his church decided to celebrate him in a big way. Rev King is currently on death row Reverend King who is currently on death row after he was found guilty of setting a member of his church on fire, turned a year older, and his church members decided to celebrate him by placing several adverts on the pages of a popular newspaper. The church members who believe that he is being persecuted just like Jesus Christ in the Bible, believe that 'his Holiness' will be saved from death. According to a post shared on Facebook by one Babasola Kuti, the members of the church paid for 13 full colour pages, in Thisday Newspaper, in Rev King's honour.

Pretty woman living with HIV shares her joy at having lived longer than she expected

A brave 21-year-old woman living with HIV shared the story of how she discovered she was HIV positive at 14 and thought she had very little time left. Now she is about turning 22 and is still living a full life.

A 20-year-old woman from Soysambus sub-location in Ndalu Bungoma County, Kenya is currently hospitalized after her mother-in-law allegedly threw acid on her legs and tied her to a pole inside a room for two weeks to rot.
Soysambu sub-location administrator Geoffrey Okumu, who confirmed the incident, said the woman identified as Reginalda, was allegedly attacked by her mother--in-law, Margaret Masai, shortly after giving birth. The suspect, however denied the allegations. The Chief doctor at Friends Lugulu Mission Hospital, Oliver Mamadi said he received the woman last Wednesday, February 22, with both her legs and fingers in a state of decay. The acid had liquefied parts of her limbs so they were consequently amputated. Police officers at the Kapchonge police are investigating the acid attack, with Reginalda's husband and mother-in-law being the prime suspects. Source:eDaily Kenya

Graphic photos: Suspected car battery thief burnt to death in Cross Rivers

In another act of jungle justice, a mob this morning burnt to death a suspected car battery thief at Yellow Duke street in Calabar, Cross Rivers state.

According to Facebook user, Ifere Paul, the young man had gone out to steal batteries from parked cars when he was caught. See the very graphic photos after the cut.

Kenyan gospel singer ends her marriage only hours after tying the knot saying her heart is elsewhere

Popular Kenyan gospel Singer, Eunice Njeri, who got married to her rapper boyfriend, Isaac Bukasa at a lovely ceremony on November 27 in Texas, decided she was no longer in love with him by the end of that same day and announced their separation.

Eunice's excuse for ending the marriage is that her heart was elsewhere. She left for Africa immediately after and made the separation public just yesterday.
